General Description of the Service The Provider operates the website https://mysterieslove.com/ to provide paid educational content for adults, consisting mainly of educational services in the field of sexual education (digital video courses, personal development programmes and, where applicable, offline training events and subscription access to updated digital content). Access to the digital products and audiovisual content is provided after conclusion of the contract and payment. However, this accessibility statement pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 424/2023 Coll. is publicly available at the website address without the need to pay or to log in to a user account. Article II. Commitment to Accessibility The Provider is aware of its obligations under Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on the accessibility of certain products and services, and strives to ensure that the service is, to the maximum extent possible, perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for all users, including persons with disabilities. The Provider takes into account the technical criteria of standard EN 301 549 and the WCAG 2.1 methodology at level AA. Compliance status: the service is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The areas of compliance and the known limitations, together with the plan for addressing them, are set out below. Article III. Areas Currently Compliant Based on an internal review, the following accessibility features are implemented: Keyboard navigation: interactive elements are operable via keyboard, with visible focus states and a skip-to-content link. Forms: input fields have associated labels and accessible error messages. Page structure: correct language attribute, heading hierarchy and landmark regions for screen-reader orientation. Decorative images are correctly marked so as not to interfere with assistive technologies. Article IV. Known Limitations and Remediation Plan The Provider is aware of the following limitations and is committed to addressing them during the course of 2026: 1. Subtitles for audiovisual content. Subtitles (captions) are not yet available in the audiovisual content player. The Provider considers this a priority and plans to introduce subtitles for audiovisual content during 2026. 2. Text alternatives for images. Alternative text (alt) is provided for the majority of content images; the Provider is progressively completing alt text where it is not yet present. 3. ARIA on custom components. Accessible names and roles are provided for most interactive components; the Provider is progressively improving ARIA coverage on remaining custom components (e.g. certain modals and dropdowns). 4. Colour contrast. The interface largely meets the AA contrast ratio; the Provider is reviewing and correcting individual elements where contrast is below the required level. Audio description and Czech sign-language interpretation are not currently provided as standard. The Provider will continue to evaluate the availability of these features, taking into account the nature of the content, technical possibilities, user demand and applicable legal requirements. Article V. Ongoing Assessment The Provider assesses the accessibility of the service on an ongoing basis, in particular when the service or the applicable accessibility requirements change, and updates this statement accordingly. Pursuant to Section 13 of Act No. 424/2023 Coll., the Provider ensures that accessibility requirements are met throughout the period the service is provided. Article VI.
