What are cookies? Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. Retention Session cookies expire when you close the browser (unless combined with persistent tokens). Persistent cookies have lifetimes from a few days up to 24 months depending on purpose.
