The Provider offers paid educational content for adults in the field of sexual education via the online platform https://mysterieslove.com/. Upon your request, it concludes a contract for access to digital educational products (video courses, personal development programmes) and, where applicable, offline training events. Where Your Data Is Stored Your personal data is stored within the European Union. The primary application database is operated by Neon (PostgreSQL) in the Frankfurt (EU) region. What Personal Data We Process Identification data: first name, last name, date of birth. Contact data: email address, telephone number, residence address. Payment-related data: processed by our payment provider (card data is entered directly with the provider and does not reach us). Test-related data: your answers and scores to psychological self-assessment tests, where you choose to take them (see the AI section). Legal Bases for Processing Performance of a contract to which you are a party — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax under Act No. 563/1991 Coll. and Act No. 586/1992 Coll.; cooperation with supervisory authorities) — Art. 6(1)(c); Legitimate interest of the Controller — Art. 6(1)(f); Your consent, where no other basis applies (in particular for AI processing of test data and non-essential cookies) — Art. 6(1)(a) / Art. 9(2)(a). Neon Inc. — PostgreSQL database in the EU/Frankfurt region (account and test data). Payments Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (email, name, billing/tax location; card data entered directly with Stripe). Communication & Media Resend — transactional and marketing email (email address, message content). Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., EU) — video streaming and content delivery (IP address, playback data). Zoom Video Communications — live online sessions, where booked (name, email, session data). Telegram — communication and marketing (legitimate interest; consent). Analytics (loaded only after cookie consent) Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — usage analytics. PostHog — product analytics. AI Providers Anthropic PBC (USA) and OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) — automated interpretation of psychological test results, only upon your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a); transfer under Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). Social Media Presence Instagram (Meta) — public profile and expert content, where an expert connects an account. AI Processing of Test Results (Special Category Data) Taking a test and receiving your result do not require artificial intelligence and are possible without it. Your answers and results are stored in our EU database and are available in your account. If you additionally request an AI analysis, your results — as scale scores and anonymised demographic context (gender, age range) — are transmitted to our AI processing partners Anthropic (Anthropic PBC) and OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.), located in the USA, solely to generate a real-time interpretation. The interpretation text is not stored on our side. Because these data relate to a special category (Art. 9 GDPR), this transfer occurs only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)), and the transfer outside the EU is carried out under Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. We keep a provable record of this consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@harmonyoflife.eu; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to it. Cookies The website uses technically necessary, functional and analytical cookies. Necessary and functional cookies rely on legitimate interest; analytical and other non-essential cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog) load only after your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via browser settings or the cookie banner. International Transfers Your personal data is stored within the EU. Certain processors are established outside the EU (e.g. Stripe, Zoom, Google and PostHog for parts of their infrastructure; Anthropic and OpenAI for AI analysis in the USA). Transfers to the USA for AI analysis are made under Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of your explicit consent. Other transfers rely on the safeguards implemented by the respective processors. Retention Period We process personal data only for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose, or until you withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and for periods required by legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax). Upon deletion of your account, your test results are deleted. Your Rights You have the right to: access your data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; object to processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚÔÚ).
