6. Risks. Emotional discomfort is possible; consult a professional if symptoms persist. In case of thoughts of self-harm, contact emergency services immediately.

7. Limitation of liability. Assessments are educational and informational in nature and are not a medical/psychiatric diagnosis. For clinical evaluation use official versions with professional consultation.

8. If you additionally request AI analysis, your results — in the form of scale scores and anonymised demographic context (gender, age range) — are transmitted to our processing partners, Anthropic (Anthropic PBC) and OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.), located in the USA, solely to generate a real-time interpretation. The interpretation text is not stored on our side. Transfer outside the EU is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@mysteries.love; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
